Unlike service fees which is a flat transaction charge for booking a trip segment, consultation fees are a charge for your time spent researching, planning, booking a trip for a client as well as your time spent supporting a client during their travel.

   Why charge a fee?

   First, the most important question: Why even charge a fee?

   The simple answer is because we  are the expert, our  clients are using our  expertise to help plan their travel. Take for example when you go to the dentist. You may have to pay for additional add-ons like fillings or extra dental work, but you still have to pay the fee to just see the dentist first.

   As a travel agent, you aren’t just booking travel (that’s only part of the job), you are also researching, offering expertise, and planning so you should get paid for that too because that can end up being hours upon hours of your time. If you aren’t charging a fee, you will only earn commissions on what you book, which is still amazing but when you have a fee coming in too that’s just another source of revenue for your business.

However, our priority is you, the client, and providing you with the best vacation options to create your ideal trip. We pride ourselves on matching you with the best components for your trip – not pushing services that aren’t really a good match for your travel plan.

   We answer the phone when you call, and promise to never leave you on hold for 3 hours, or transfer you to 5 different associates just to be told that you can’t be helped. We are here for you 24/7 and will gladly assist you should you require assistance during your travel. Our customer service is well beyond the norm.
